Simple Swiss Roll

First Swiss Roll attempt on my own! Not very pretty, but oh well….きれいじゃないです。

I baked a brown sugar roll with Kok a couple of weekends ago. But I was more of a hindrance in the kitchen than help.

I love Swiss Rolls – particularly the ones from Polar without the sugar dusting.
